1966 : Liuzhou Tractor Factory was established, manufacturing tractors.

1982 : The first mini vehicle  was successfully trial-produced.

1985 : Liuzhou Mini Vehicle Factory was established.

1996 : Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co.,Ltd. was established.

1998 : Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Co.,Ltd. was established.

2001 : SAIC Wuling Automobile Co.,Ltd. was established.

Dec , 2001: Liuzhou Wuling Motors United Development Co.,Ltd. was established.

July , 2002 : SAIC GM Wuling Automoblie Co.,Ltd. was established.

May , 2003 : Liuzhou Wuling Special-purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established.

Jan , 2007 : Liuzhou Wuling Factory was shifted into Liuzhou Wuling Liuji Power CO.,Ltd.

Sep , 2007 : Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. was established.
